Shipping and Returns

Order Confirmation:
Upon placing your order, you will immediately receive a confirmation e-mail, signaling that we've registered your purchase and pre-authorized your payment method. Our team promptly connects with our suppliers to ensure product availability for instant dispatch.

In cases where your selected item is backordered or unavailable, we'll instantly void the pre-authorization and notify you. If your items are ready for shipment within five business days, we'll finalize the charges and prepare your order for dispatch.

Order Shipment:
Once we process your payment, expect your order to ship within five business days. You'll receive a tracking update via email within 24 hours post-dispatch. If, for any reason, you don't receive this information within six business days, please contact us at Info@ElegantVanities.com.

Damages:
Upon delivery, please inspect your item's packaging. Report any noticeable damages when signing for the delivery. If your items arrive damaged, share photographs at Info@ElegantVanities.com, and we'll handle the insurance claim process.

Cancellations & Refunds:
Cancellations made after 48 hours incur a $20 administrative fee. If your order has already shipped, you'll be accountable for the return shipping costs. Refunds are processed to the payment method used during purchase.
